Vermont的法律要求

No fixed numeric ratio of first-aiders to employees. As an approved state OSHA plan, VOSHA applies 29 CFR 1910.151(b): where no medical facility is in near proximity, at least one person must be adequately trained in first aid. Performance-based standard (3-4 minute response for serious-hazard sites).

No ban on online training for workplace first-aiders. Online theory training is accepted; a hands-on component is recommended for CPR.
