医疗专业人员心肺复苏/自动体外除颤器 - 医疗专业人员（5小时）

工作场所急救 – 中级（16小时）- 符合CSA Z1210-17标准

As an approved state OSHA plan, VOSHA applies the federal rule 29 CFR 1910.151(b): there is no fixed ratio, but where no medical facility is in near proximity at least one person must be adequately trained in first aid, under a performance-based standard.
Vermont's Center Based Child Care and Preschool Programs Licensing Regulations (rule 7.1.2, eff. April 17, 2022) require at least one staff member currently certified in pediatric first aid and infant/child CPR on the premises at all times children are present, with staff counted in ratios certifying within three months of hire.
Vermont's 12 V.S.A. § 519 combines a duty to rescue with Good Samaritan immunity: a person giving reasonable assistance in good faith is not liable in civil damages unless the acts are gross negligence or the person expects remuneration.
Registered and licensed practical nurses renew through the Vermont Board of Nursing under a mandatory standard of 20 contact hours per 2-year cycle, practice hours, current national certification, or completion of a nursing education program, and an accredited resuscitation course can count toward the contact hours.
In Vermont's assisted living residences, nursing homes and home-care services, CPR is included in some Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) training programs (80 hours) and required by many facilities as a condition of hire, so a recognized, up-to-date first-aid and CPR certificate meets this expectation.
In Vermont, the Department for Children and Families (DCF) requires current first-aid and pediatric CPR certification before a foster license is issued, and it must be kept current throughout the licensing period.
Online CPR and first aid training is recognized in Vermont, with no ban on online training for workplace first-aiders; online theory is accepted and a hands-on component is recommended for CPR.
